In Fully, this renovation project with Freesuns Solaris™ Heritage solar tiles marks a significant step forward in the integration of solar energy for the residents of the commune, renowned for its architecturally innovative homes. The first residence to benefit from this transformation features a complex six-sided roof.
The renovation team successfully met the challenge. The solar tiles were carefully installed across the entire roof, integrating the roof's 6 seated dogs and ensuring optimal sunlight capture throughout the day. This allows the solar power system to operate efficiently, helping to reduce the home's energy dependence on polluting fossil fuels.
Freesuns Solaris™ Heritage solar tiles were chosen for their discreet design, which blends in perfectly with traditional architecture, preserving the home's distinctive visual appearance while providing a modern energy-efficient solution.
To complement the installation of solar tiles, the customer chose to integrate an energy storage battery. This solution enables the electricity generated during periods of high solar production to be stored for later use, providing greater energy independence. In addition, the customer has installed a system to automatically control his heating system, optimizing self-consumption of the electricity generated by his solar roof, thus contributing to more intelligent and sustainable management of his home.
